Eddie G2024-11-30 What can I say about this place. You can sit in a quiet yard on a quiet street......Then leave the yard, walk 2 minutes, and you are right in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Right at the water, near tons of restaurants. The Oaks Bed & Breakfast could not be in a better location. And it has all the charm of historic Annapolis. Love this place!!! megan thompson2024-11-27 A fabulous experience!! Beautiful home, clean, and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Gracious and kind folks! I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast and will definitely return! Ron Crittendon2024-11-26 I’ve attended several events at The Oaks B&B in Bethesda, MD, and it’s truly an impressive place. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hosts go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of, which really makes a difference. The food was plentiful and absolutely delicious, with something for everyone to enjoy. The attention to detail and level of care they put into everything is clear. Whether you’re planning an event or just looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend The Oaks. It’s a wonderful experience! Raymond Hankins2024-07-18 My wife and I stayed at The Oaks Bed & Breakfast Annapolis and had a wonderful time. The room was huge and included a private bath that was outfitted with amenities to make our stay luxurious. We were there for a special event hosted in the spacious yard with a band, cigar vendor, and a bar. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and woke up to a delicious home-cooked breakfast. Bonus: The property is merely 25 yards from the Annapolis waterfront with all its history, boutiques, shops, and restaurants. We definitely will be back. Lovely staff, community building and wellness Marry V.2024-05-05 The Oaks Bed & Breakfast is a hidden gem in the DC/MD area that I had the pleasure of staying at recently. The rooms were cozy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing personalized recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The wellness/retreat studio on-site offered a variety of services, including yoga and meditation classes, which added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the B&B. The location was perfect for golf enthusiasts, with several golf courses nearby, and for those who love the outdoors, there were plenty of hiking and biking trails to explore. The breakfast was delicious, featuring locally sourced ingredients and homemade pastries. I highly recommend The Oaks Bed & Breakfast for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Bola Audena2024-02-22 A Weekend of Tranquility and Delight at The Oaks B&B Nestled just a stone's throw away from the bustling city of Washington, DC, lies this hidden gem of hospitality and tranquility—The Oaks B&B. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have been gifted our one night stay by Kim Jones...the Executive Director of The Black Collective. And what a delightful experience it turned out to be. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in warmth and charm. The proprietors, Sharon & Quinton Wilder, greeted us with warmth and as if we were like long lost friends. After getting a tour of the mansion and putting our items away in our room, we went back to the living room where we were able to settle in for some charcuterie and wine. We couldn't help but marvel at the elegance and attention to detail that adorned every corner of the house. And the magic of the space was topped off by the beautiful, elegant, black art that covered the home. Hubby and I took the opportunity to explore the surrounding area, and our adventures led us to Rakugaki, a nearby restaurant that had the most delicious ramen. Upon getting back, we had the most comfortable sleep in our beautifully decorated room. On the morning of our checkout, we were treated to a buffet of culinary delights!! Juice, tea, coffee, fluffy pancakes, omelets, fruits, hash potatoes, ... you name it ... you got it. And each dish was a reminder of to their excellence and guest satisfaction. we left with hearts full of gratitude and memories. Our quick one night stay was a gift we will cherish for years to come. Thank you, The Oaks B&B, for an unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning again soon. Sharon was able to accommodate me and my dogs with zero notice (like literally 10 minutes) and was able to even allow me an early check in. Iris Waters2023-09-24 Excellent place for anyone who desires to have a pleasant time, quiet time, retreat, or conference. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and everything was wonderful. Michael Sandifer2023-08-18 This was a flawless experience, beginning with two excellent hosts, an awesome location, and a comfortable environment and accommodations. Our warm welcome kicked off a birthday celebration weekend that got better every day. It included wine time/happy hour on the property, a visit to the Glenstone Museum, and a host of really good restaurants nearby (that are only second to the The Oak's irresistible breakfast each day-- no kidding!). This was my first stay there, but it certainly won't be my last. I encourage anyone thinking about a get-away in the DC/Maryland area to highly consider staying at The Oaks. You'll enjoy your stay -- and the assortment of rooms to choose from.Google rating score: 4.9 of 5, based on 62 reviews
